Naturally Better Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Naturally Better affiliate program operated by Naturally Better Health Ltd., the company behind the educational programs created by Dr Jeremy Ayres.

By applying to or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The Naturally Better affiliate program allows approved affiliates to introduce people to the educational programs created by Dr Jeremy Ayres.

Affiliates receive a commission when someone purchases an eligible program through their unique affiliate link.

Programs currently available through the affiliate program include:

• The NO™ Protocol — a 90-day metabolic reset framework
• Dr Jeremy’s Clinic Library — a curated archive of clinical education and foundational teaching

Affiliate participation is subject to approval by Naturally Better Health Ltd.

2. Affiliate Registration and Approval

To participate in the affiliate program, you must complete the affiliate registration form and be approved as an affiliate.

Applications may be reviewed to ensure alignment with the educational purpose and philosophy of the Naturally Better community.

Naturally Better Health Ltd. reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Once approved, affiliates receive a unique tracking link.

When someone clicks this link, a tracking cookie records the referral. If the visitor purchases an eligible product through that link, the sale will be attributed to the affiliate account.

Commissions apply only to purchases correctly tracked through the affiliate link.

4. Affiliate Commissions

Commission rates are displayed on the affiliate page for each product.

Typical examples include:

• The NO™ Protocol — 33% commission
• Dr Jeremy’s Clinic Library — 20% commission

Affiliates earn commission only on completed sales that have passed the refund window.

Commission rates may be updated from time to time as the affiliate program evolves.

5. Payments

Affiliate commissions are paid approximately every 30 days.

Payments are issued once the 30-day refund period for the relevant purchase has passed.

There is no minimum payout threshold. All cleared commissions will be paid in the next payment cycle.

Payments may be issued via bank transfer, Wise, or another mutually agreed payment method.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to promote Naturally Better programs in an honest and respectful manner.

Affiliates must:

• represent the programs accurately
• use official descriptions where possible
• avoid misleading or exaggerated claims
• ensure promotional content reflects the educational nature of the programs

Affiliates should familiarise themselves with the purpose and philosophy of the programs before promoting them.

7. Prohibited Promotional Practices

Affiliates may not:

• make medical or therapeutic claims not stated on official program pages
• misrepresent the programs or their outcomes
• use spam, unsolicited mass email, or deceptive advertising
• impersonate Dr Jeremy Ayres or Naturally Better
• create websites or social media accounts that appear to represent the company

Affiliates may not register domain names or accounts containing:

• Jeremy Ayres
• Naturally Better
• The NO Protocol

without written permission.

8. Paid Advertising and Brand Protection

Affiliates may not run paid advertising that bids on or targets the following brand terms (or close variations):

• Dr Jeremy Ayres
• Naturally Better
• The NO Protocol

This includes paid search advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar services.

Affiliates may not create advertisements that appear to represent official Naturally Better or Dr Jeremy Ayres advertising campaigns.

Affiliates may promote the programs through content, education, personal recommendations, or general advertising, but may not compete directly for branded search traffic.

9. Health and Medical Representation

Naturally Better programs are educational resources designed to support personal understanding of health and metabolism.

Affiliates must not present these programs as:

• medical advice
• medical treatment
• diagnosis
• cures for disease

Affiliates must clearly present themselves as independent affiliates and not as medical professionals acting on behalf of Dr Jeremy Ayres or Naturally Better Health Ltd.

Naturally Better Health Ltd. reserves the right to remove affiliates who promote the programs using misleading health claims.

10. Relationship Between Parties

Affiliates participate in the program as independent partners.

Nothing in these terms creates:

• an employment relationship
• a partnership
• an agency relationship

Affiliates do not have authority to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of Naturally Better Health Ltd.

11. Confidentiality

Affiliates may receive marketing materials or information that is not publicly available.

Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential information provided by Naturally Better Health Ltd. without written permission.

Affiliate account login details must be kept secure and not shared with third parties.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to Naturally Better programs remains the property of Naturally Better Health Ltd.

This includes:

• program titles
• course materials
• educational content
• website materials
• trademarks and branding

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to reference these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the programs within the affiliate program.

Ownership of intellectual property is not transferred.

13. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naturally Better Health Ltd., Dr Jeremy Ayres, and associated representatives from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• misrepresentation of the programs
• breach of these affiliate terms
• promotional activities conducted by the affiliate

14. Limitation of Liability

Naturally Better Health Ltd. does not guarantee specific earnings for affiliates.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the affiliate program.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will not exceed the amount of commission earned but not yet paid to the affiliate for the relevant claim.

15. Changes to the Affiliate Program

Naturally Better Health Ltd. may update these terms from time to time.

Changes may include:

• commission structures
• payment procedures
• affiliate program rules

Updates will be published on the website and may also be communicated to affiliates by email.

Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
